We hope you like your new Miss L Fire shoes but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds & exchanges
Please email INFO@MISSLFIRE.COM within 14 days of receiving the goods, stating the reason/s why you would like to return your item.
Once the return has been confirmed, you will then have 14 days to send the goods back to us.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition (unworn) and shoes must only be tried on carpets until you are sure you want to keep them.
Once the return has been received and checked in, you will receive your refund via the original payment method within 14 days – please allow up to 30 days during peak periods.
*I made an order, but have now discovered the sale, is it possible to retro-discount me?
We are a small business and we believe that issuing discounts as something to encourage and reward in loyalty to you, our Miss L Fire Family, we bestow as much as we can via our email blast or during peak times of the year. We do in fairness and with pleasure!
Taking this into consideration, sadly we cannot retro-discount any and all purchases made with us. If the circumstance be that you make an order with us on Black Friday, and we then run another promotion or sale with the item further discounted, you will be charged the price at the time of your purchase.
If you make an order with us for a pair of Miss L Fire shoes and a month later that shoe is part of a promotion, we are unable to retro-discount your original purchase. Our line of production and online stock is VERY limited. In purchasing our shoes you are securing your size, the colour you want and getting the pair you need. While we love a discount, we are also very hesitant about devaluing our brand and we want your experience on the site to be memorable and as stress-free as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Shipping charges are only refundable if the item is deemed faulty, or it the incorrect item has been sent.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially if you are returning goods from outside the UK.

Miss L Fire Team
The suede used on the upper has been dyed with the utmost care and attention and has been lightly coated with a protector spray. However, we strongly advise spraying your shoes again with a good quality suede protector before wear to protect from staining and colour bleed. Because of the nature of suede, we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% colourfast. We cannot guarantee that the metallic finish would maintain the same look if accidentally scratched.
This style has a leather outsole and we have added a THIN plastic protective cover to keep it clean until you are ready to wear your shoes.
Please peel off the protective cover only if you are sure that you are happy with your purchase. Please note that the protective cover is on the entire outsole, from the toe, all along the heel breast. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON LEATHER-SOLED SHOES WHERE THE PROTECTIVE COVER HAS BEEN REMOVED/DAMAGED.
