Covid 19 update
Thank you to ALL of our wonderful customers who have continued to shop with our small business online through the COVID-19 crisis. We sincerely appreciate each and every order.
Please rest assured that we are operating within a safe working environment, with only one staff member on our premises at any given time, with all other employees working from home.
Work stations are disinfected daily, and our staff member will be wearing a face covering when interacting with delivery drivers etc at our office and warehouse.
Whilst we are confident that your parcel leaves our premises germ-free, we recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly after opening your online order, just as a precaution.
Our customer service continues to operate as normal, but please do allow a little extra time for your parcel to reach you; whilst we are processing your orders, and returns as normal, delivery / courier companies are extremely busy at this time, and may need a few days extra to deliver your shoes to you, or to deliver your return back to us.

We are unable to offer private appointments at our London office at this time. We will let you know when we are able to resume this service.
