I’ve just ordered! How long will it take for my shoes to reach me?

Thank you for your order with Miss L Fire! Your items will be despatched within 3 working days and should be with you within 15 working days, depending on where you are based. 
Should there be a delay to your order we will contact you via e-mail so please provide the best e-mail contact when placing your order. Please also provide a daytime telephone number if you can. We may need to contact you so please ensure the information you provide is correct.

Please Note! Should you not see/respond to an e-mail regarding delivery problems, your goods may be sent back to us. We will have to charge to have the shoes sent to you again.

* Kindly note that if you are ordering from a country outside the EU you may incur custom fees (including handling fees and import charges) on top of your order.
We have no control over these fees and we do not profit from them. For these reasons we are unable to refund custom fees.

 

I have ordered lots of shoes! Will they all arrive together?

UPS will sometimes send the parcels individually - so they may not arrive at the same time, but they will be under the same AWB/tracking number. Please e-mail info@misslfire.com if you're waiting for part of your order, and we'll provide you with a tracking number to see where the rest of your order is.

I’m not sure which size I should order. Do you have a shoe conversion chart I can use?

Of course! All Miss L Fire shoes are sold in European sizes and fit "true to EU size" unless stated. 
Please check the chart below to ensure you order the right size.

I’d like to return my shoes. How should I do this?

With your order, you will have received a receipt with the details on how to do this. If you do not have this, please e-mail info@misslfire.com

Please ensure the shoes are sent via recorded delivery to our warehouse:

Please note: We do not refund any postage costs.

Once the shoes arrive at our warehouse, we will process your return and refund you within 10 days.

Please note, if you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size/colour/style, please return the unwanted shoes and place a new order on our website.

 

I've been charged custom and import fees since my goods arrived. Can I charge these back to you?

We do not have any control over import and custom fees, and we do not profit from them. We cannot, therefore, be charged for these.

The fees vary depending on where you live. If you are ordering from outside of the European Union, you may have some form of fees to pay to receive your parcel. Please contact your postal office or check online to find out more about these fees before you place your order with us.

There’s a style I really want to order but I can’t see it on your site! Where can I buy it?

Oh no! This means we don’t have that particular style available to order in our online store.
We try and stock our best sellers, and styles that may be hard to find!
Please e-mail info@misslfire.com and we will let you know if the style you are looking for becomes available. 

I’d like to see the shoes in person before I buy. Do you have a shop?

Yes! Our USA store is located at 4675 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles CA, 90027. If Los Angeles is too far away, please email info@misslfire.com and we will let you know if we have an L-Fire stockist near you!

I have a store and I’d love to stock your shoes! How can I do this?

Send an e-mail to damiana@misslfire.com with details of your store and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with our wholesale information.
