If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can always return your item/s within 30 days from the date of purchase (this is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order).

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns and shipping charges are only refundable if the item is faulty or if you have received the wrong item.

We recommend tracked and insured shipping service, especially if you are returning your order from abroad. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged goods during the return.  

You will be required to present the original invoice number. If you do not know your invoice number, please email info@misslfire.com and let us know the date when the order was placed and the method used for your payment.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition (unworn) and shoes should only be tried on carpets until you are sure you will keep them.

Once the return has been received and checked into our warehouse, you will receive your refund via the same method used to make the original payment within 10 working days. Kindly note that payments to debit/credit cards always depend on your bank.

Due to the high demand we are unable to process your exchanges manually. Please return any unwanted/unsuitable item/s for a refund (see our refund policy above) and place a new order.
